Stockings Over the Fireplace

Happy Christmas everyone!

Here's a little 3D card I made to give to my hubby for Christmas and I have entered it into 3 challenges this week!

I used the colours from Colour Q # 116 which coincidentally are the same as the Play Date Cafe Challenge #112.

Of course it was an absolute priority to play along with the very last challenge at Inkspirations (sniff, sniff) which is simply to showcase any Christmas creations.

I have used a template that I purchased from Creations by AR called a 3D Fireplace Card.

Here it is with a little battery operated tea light inside (a gift from my JAI Secret Santa).

I didn't have Glorious Green so I used Garden Green instead.

Christmas Creations #100

Side View

Take the tea light out, open the top flap and fold it down flat ...

... and it fits nicely into a standard sized envelope ready to post.

My Project Recipe:
Stamp Sets: Joyeux Noel (Papermania), Stitched Stockings (SU), Stone (background stamp by Darkroom Door)
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Lucky Limeade
Card Stock: Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Garden Green, Glitter White
Accessories: Stocking Builder Punch, Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding and marker, Rhinestone, Bird Punch (leaves), Dimensionals, 3D Fireplace Card Template from Creations by AR

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you get some crafting time in over the holiday break.
PS: Thank you to colourQ for the courtier award :)
