RGB Codes for SU's 2015-2017 In-Colors

Image
Aren't the new colours just awesome?  Sadly, we don't get MDS updates anymore so I decided to go on a search for the new RGB codes and found them listed in a forum.  However, I couldn't find a graphic so I made one up to share with anyone that might be interested - If you're searching for the 2016-18 In Colors , here's a link to a demo's blog that has a fantastic colour chart - http://inkantations-and-inkarnations.blogspot.com.au/2016/04/2016-2018-in-colors.html

Hi there and welcome to The Colour Tree .    Colour Inspiration #1  (Picture from Etsy, Little Dreamers Tutus ) I'm a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator who sees the world through the gorgeous SU Colour Palette, who loves to browse through Pinterest and be inspired by pretty pictures, who enjoys inspiring others to create beautiful paper craft projects using the wonderful range of colour coordinated SU products.  I hope you will find these posts a useful reference when in search of a fun colour combo.  Feel free to save the graphic to include in your blog post.  Have fun creating! I love the 'gold' trend at the moment so it will probably feature quite often over the next few weeks and I will endeavor to share a new combo with you every Sunday, Aussie time (and sometimes in between). Would you like to share your project inspired by this colour combo?  You have until the end of July, 2015 to link up your creation HERE . Enjoy your week, ...

CASEing the Catty - Anything Goes

Image
Hi there and welcome to addINKtive designs .  Thanks for joining us on our Friday night CASEing the Catty Blog Hop .   The CTC Crew are a group of Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators who love to use the SU Catalogue for inspiration. This week it's 'Anything Goes' .  The crew's challenge - CASE (Copy and Share Everything) a project that really caught your eye the first time you flicked through the catty.   All I can say is, I had quite a few lovely projects in mind but settled on a card from page 95 of the brand new annual catalogue, as the World of Dreams stamp set is one of my faves and using the Fancy Foil Designer Vellum for the base of the card was such a neat idea that I just had to CASE!   Here's my card -        To make mine a little different, I added some gold sequins, included the bird stamp on the doily and used the five new gorgeous In Colours:  Watermelon Wonder, Cucumber Crush, Delightful Dijon, Mint Macaron a...

Today and Everyday

Image
It was my daughter's birthday ... oh about 10 days ago ... and 'life' has been crazy busy with zero, zilch, zip time to slip away into my craft room to create.  I was getting pretty frustrated just looking at my pre-order box full of goodies, however, I did manage to use a bit of the new 'Boho' washi, DSP and embossing on Laura's very belated birthday card (available 2nd June).  Hopefully my mojo will pick up some more in the coming days as this very CAS card took forever to make! Thankfully Just Add Ink had a nice, simple sketch and fitted well with the stamp that I wanted to use (Laura rides a scooter) - JAI 264 Thanks for stopping by,

The Stamp Review Crew - Four Feathers

Image
Hi and welcome to The Four Feathers Stamp Review Crew Blog Hop .  We are a group of Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators who love to show you just how much you can do with one stamp set.  If you get lost, just click on the banner below to take you to our main blog, where you will see a list of all the participants for this round.  Enjoy! Today I have a few sneak peeks from the new, soon to be released, Stampin' Up! ® Catalogue, which team up nicely with the Four Feathers Stamps.  I'm a bit sad that this stamp set and the coordinating dies are retiring but looking forward to playing with some more pre-release goodies and the launch of the brand new catty on June 2nd. It's been a very busy month for me and I only had time for one project for today's SRC Blog Hop, so I made sure I combined a few ideas that were floating around in my head to make this 'Bohemian' Gift Bag .  All the elements take me back to the 70's, early 80's era. I reme...

CASEing the Catty Blog Hop - Graduation

Image
Hi there and welcome to CASEing the Catty Friday Night Blog Hops! We are focusing our attention on the Graduation Section on page 45 of the Occasions Catalogue. My inspiration comes from the treat bags that have a Graduation Cap on the packaging and I needed to make my daughter a very belated card to celebrate her Arts Degree in Theatre.  My little Top Note Owl Cards were staring at me while I sat at my craft desk wondering where my mojo had gone and what on earth I would make this time around.  I was thinking that I needed to find another die as a substitute because the good old faithful Top Note is about to 'retire'.  The closest in my stash was the Deco Labels Collection Framelits and so this is how the latest version of my owl card turned out - Deco Labels Punch Art Graduation Owl Card     Tutorial for 'Deco the Grad Owl' Project Recipe: Stamp Set:   Celebrate Today Card Stock:   Soft Suede, Bermuda Bay, Basic Black, Very Va...

My South Pacific Convention Swaps

Image
Hi there.  I have just come back from Stampin' Up's! South Pacific Convention on the Gold Coast and thought I would share with you the Swaps that I made.  Helen and Nikki S will need to 'look away' as I haven't mailed theirs yet :) 1. CASE-ing the Catty Team Swaps I'm not a fan of mass production and like to mix things up a bit, so all the CTC Crew Swaps are done with different colour combos, all taken from the Colour Coach .  I've lost my bit of paper that lists the combos I used and will attempt to try and recall them from memory until my little notepad turns up.    Perfect Plum, Rose Red and Marina Mist Pool Party, Island Indigo and Calypso Coral  Pink Pirouette, Cherry Cobbler and Wisteria Wonder  Hello Honey, Tangelo Twist and Pool Party  Blackberry Bliss, Soft Sky and Lost Lagoon  Bermuda Bay, Crisp Cantaloupe and Soft Suede  Sahara Sand, Soft Sky and Wisteria Wonde...
