A Centre Panel Easel Card for CASE-ing the Catty Challenge #20 - Blendabilities and Framelits

Image
Ooops!  I'm a bit late posting my card for the latest challenge at CASE-ing the Catty .  This is my first day at home for two weeks as I have either been at work or away!  It's been frustrating having an idea in my head for ages and not having the time to get into my craft room to actually put those thoughts into action. CTC 20 - Use Blendabilities and Framelits "Did you know that during SALE-A-BRATION (SAB) you can choose a Blendabilities assortment as your free item with a $90 (AUD)/$110 (NZD) purchase?"  I used Bermuda Bay and Pumpkin Pie  Blendabilities on my card and chose the Window Frames for the second part of the challenge (to use Framelits). The challenge to use Blendabilties and Framelits in your paper craft project is inspired by the card on page 18 of the SALE-A-BRATION catalogue.    Why don't you grab our CTC #20 Challenge Badge and play along this week! Romantic Roses for The Card Concept

Image
Hi there.  Welcome to add INK tive designs.  I'm entering this card that I made today in the latest challenge at The Card Concept .  My sister wanted me to make a wedding card to give to her ex-sponsor child in Indonesia, so I went in search of a starting point and just loved the colour palette and photo inspiration for CC#28.   The Card Concept #28 - Romantic Roses Shabby Chic (Vintage) Style           The card has a closure made from the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch with a pocket inside for a gift card or letter. The butterfly was cut from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and coloured with the darkest shade from the  Pink Pirouette Blendabilities . The Card Concept have a variety of card 'styles' that the DT use to inspire.  I think mine falls into the Shabby Chic/Vintage style. Thanks for stopping by,

CASE-ing the Catty Challenge #18 - Occasions Birthday

Image
Hi there.  Welcome to add INK tive designs and another challenge at CASE-ing the Catty .  This week we are looking at the Birthday section of the Occasions Catalogue for inspiration.   It's pretty obvious that I have CASED the project featured on the bottom right hand corner of page 10.  The Birthday Bash Designer Washi Sheets, Celebrate Today Stamps and Balloon Framelit Dies were still sitting on my desk from the last crafting session, so this was a quick and easy choice for me, especially because I have 'hit the ground running' since going back to work. CTC #18       I love the versatility of the washi sheets used with dies as they 'jazz up' mason jars, milk bottles, acetate etc. There are so many possibilities. Why don't you join us at CTC this week?  There's so much inspiration in the Birthday section.  We are also on the lookout for Guest Designers!  Thanks for stopping by, ...
