Hi there and welcome to my last submission as a Design Team Member for SUO !  I was thrilled to be asked by Robin 10 months ago, to join this very talented group and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the DT.  Thank you, Robin, Karen, Connie, Justin, Pam, Mary, Julie and Stacey for all your inspiration and support. I'm still very much involved with CASE-ing the Catty Challenges and have another Guest Design stint in November with another DT.  It's important that I don't have 'too many fingers in too many pies' at the one time and with the warmer weather approaching, I'm wanting to spend much less time on the computer and more time outside when I come home from work.  After 6 years of 'paper craft obsession', I feel like I'm walking into a new 'season'.  I don't think I'm saying goodbye to all things 'stamping' etc. but I'm really wanting to get back to doing photography as a hobby and Project Life may become my new c...

Wowee! Life has been hectic lately but I'm so pleased that I managed to get this project completed in time for SUO 103 .  This fortnight we are challenging you to make a project using Geometric Shapes and to 'move away' from the usual rectangles and squares that tend to feature in many paper craft projects. I went with a Hexagon Theme with my 3D download, DSP, die, stamp, punch and tag!        I just love the Cool Like That Giftable Templates and have waited to share the six sided box with lid so I could feature if for this challenge. I'm pretty chuffed with how it turned out. As many of you know, I am passionate about using MDS downloads with my e-cutter. It's fun and the possibilities are endless. Hi there!  There's a brand new challenge posted at SUO Challenges and it's all about using something 'new' from your ever growing Stampin' Up! ® stash.  Some items from my last order hadn't made their way out of the big brown box, so I had a nice little selection of  'favourite' new toys to choose from.  I made a simple black and white card with the stamp set,  'A Happy Hooray' and some paper beads with the matching DSP, 'Back to Black' .  Can't wait to use this funky stamp set again - love all the images!  SUO 102      There are 6 products from the brand new SU Catalogue that I have used on this card.  Can you spot them?  They're the first six I have listed on the Stampin' Buddy below.   I hope I have inspired you to play along with your Favourite New Toys  over at SUO.     Design Team Blogs - SUO Challenge Blog Bronwyn Eastley Connie Babbert...

Hi, it's time for another theme at the SUO Challenge Blog  and it's all about ' Bows '.  I thought it would be fun to add a bow to a Post It Note Holder (Sticky Note) as a closure and I used the beautiful new 'Lost Lagoon' Satin Stitched Ribbon . I'm in love with the cute, new Hostess Stamp Set called, 'Hello Love' and decided to crack open some Blendabilities to colour in the sweet little bird image from the set. The cloud is a MDS Digital Punch which was e-cut and then punched out with a 2 1/2" Circle Punch to use as a frame for the bird image.  I was also pretty happy to find a Silhouette cutting file for the post it note holder so I didn't have to cut and score one by hand - gotta love that!
