A lovely lady by the name of Marie Hopkins emailed me a few weeks back and sent me a photo of a Circle Butterfly Easel Card that she had made.  I got her permission to publish it on my blog but I've been in 'Fiji Time' for a while now and am just slowly starting to think about paper craft once again! Day 7 of the online CAS Card Making Class is entitled, Plainly White . Julie Ebersole demonstrated how to use the expanse of white space on a card to your advantage. I made the flower accent this afternoon so tonight I decided to pop it onto a clean and simple card that demonstrated some of the techniques from day 7. I decided to combine my two favourite types of cards to make this Circle Butterfly Easel Card , then two more butterfly cards soon followed to form this little trio - Precious Butterflies The following colours were chosen as I loved the 'Summery' combination - ... It's good to know that there are still some romantics left in the world. A work colleague of mine wanted me to make him a blue butterfly card to give to his lovely wife. Apparently she loves butterflies! So, naturally I had to make one of my butterfly easel cards.
