Hi there.  I have just come back from Stampin' Up's! South Pacific Convention on the Gold Coast and thought I would share with you the Swaps that I made.  Helen and Nikki S will need to 'look away' as I haven't mailed theirs yet :)  1. Hi there.  Just popping in to share my Inspire, Create, Share Swap Tags that I made as extras ... just in case they were needed.  I made 20 something of these little tags that were similar to the card and gift box that I made for roomie gifts.  The original embellishment that I based this on, was spotted on a card shared on the Stampin' Up! ® Website.  No doubt, you have seen a few similar projects that I have made, as I went through a bit of a butterfly, doily, label, twirly linen thread fad there for a while!  Smile :) The Production Line on My Kitchen Bench -        I was uploading some photos to Splitcoast yesterday and noticed that my card and matching box had made it to the Featured Stampin' Up! I had a few catch up swaps to make and I thought I would wait until my pre-order arrived so I could use some new DSP! Here's a few owl cards made from the new 'Gingham Garden' Designer Series Paper (available early July). They are made from the Two-Step Owl Punch, Digital Download and cut out with my Silhouette Cameo (e- Cutter). I love the 'country' look of this gorgeous, new DSP and I added the edge of a Tea Lace Doily to each owl to make a little apron. If you would like to learn how to make these, I have a tutorial available for purchase .  For $4 you get a four page pdf document which will be emailed to you.  It has easy to follow, step by step, clear instructions with accompanying photos  (I used my Silhouette Studio, Designer Edition). Just popping in to let you know that I have a handful of swaps for the Brisbane SU Convention.  My lovely up-line, Sharnee , (photo below) has kindly allowed me to send some along with her.  They're nothing flash but just a few e-cut cards like the samples in the above picture, as I don't have much spare time these days to be 'fussy'. I'm also open to swap via snail mail, after Convention, if you don't get a chance to find Sharnee amongst the 700+ people attending this year.  Oh I wish I could be there to join in the fun ... but am really looking forward to attending our son's graduation ceremony instead! Hopefully, I'll catch up with a few of you in Melbourne later on in the year! Have a blast!!

As you know, I recently re-joined Stampin' Up! and signed up with my former side line, Sharnee . She has a lovely group of ladies in her team , Perfectly Rustics and a couple of weeks ago we met to do some crafting and exchange Christmas swaps. After much indecision, I decided to go with this very CAS design for our team swap on Saturday night.  I have recently re-joined SU and met Sharnee's Team for the first time.  Nine of us ladies had a wonderful time chatting and making the Christmas Ornament that features on the front of the current Holiday Catalogue . I'll post a photo when I've had a chance to complete it. Thanks, Sharnee and all the girls, for making me feel so welcome and providing me with lots of bits and pieces to make the ornament.  Hope my order arrives soon so I can start making some more Christmas projects.

 Owl Occasions Christmas Tags (made from the Two Tags Die) I've been fiddling around trying to come up with a Team Christmas Swap with my limited supplies of current SU stock.  I did, however, get the very cute, Owl Occasions Stamp Set and some Comfort Cafe DSP that will pass as 'festive' in my re-starter kit and made this mini pack of tags.  The topper is made from the Oval Accents Die and I have used Cherry Cobbler and Lucky Limeade ink and matching ribbon. I think I'll try a couple of other ideas and may end up with a variety of swaps as I'm not fond of mass producing the same design. So, there might be a few other posts that will pop up later in the week if I can find the time to be a bit more adventurous. Thanks for stopping by.

OCC Butterfly Easel Card I couldn't resist entering a challenge over at Our Creative Corner (a new challenge blog for me) because their challenge this week is to make an easel card. It's my all time favourite type of card to make! ;) I used the technique called Inlaid Embossing for this one and got out my fine paint brush and Frost White Shimmer Paint to add some shine to the flowers. I enjoyed making this one so much that I'm making some more for another round of SWAPS for SU Convention in Melbourne. Thank goodness for the Easter Break!
