Today I spent time preparing for tomorrow night's class by making a couple of short boxes from the 'Cool Like That Giftable Templates' .  A few lovely ladies will be learning how to use MDS with an e-cutter and I can't wait to show them how easy it is to make little gift boxes like these. The theme at Just Add Ink is to make a shaker and ' Let's Go to the Beach' is the latest theme challenge at the Paper Players so I combined the two ideas and came up with this set - PP203 - "Let's Go to the Beach".   JAI 221 - Shaker Box   The windows on both boxes have been cut using the shell and starfish shapes from 'Anchors Away' Digital Kit .  The shaker box has two layers of clear acetate with lots of glitter, dazzling diamonds and gold sequins sandwiched inbetween and sealed with the new Fast Fuse Adhesive . SUO 87 Beach Hues Colours of January is the theme for the latest challenge at SUO Challenges. When you think about the month of January, what colours spring to mind?  For me it's all about the Summer Holiday Break so I went in search of a beachy colour combo in my 'Colour' Board on Pinterest . I loved this colour combo from Design Seeds and matched it up with some SU Colours that I thought would suit the theme.
