Hi there.  I've been eying off some great examples of Z-fold, pop-up cards on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to make one.  I tweaked the basic design a little by adding some inserts; the ones you use in card-in-a-box style cards.  So I've called my take on this fun fold, a Pop-Up, Z-Fold, Card in a Box! - It's a crate full of summer strawberries with some home-made strawberry jam sitting on the kitchen bench. It was my daughter's birthday ... oh about 10 days ago ... and 'life' has been crazy busy with zero, zilch, zip time to slip away into my craft room to create.  I was getting pretty frustrated just looking at my pre-order box full of goodies, however, I did manage to use a bit of the new 'Boho' washi, DSP and embossing on Laura's very belated birthday card (available 2nd June).  Hopefully my mojo will pick up some more in the coming days as this very CAS card took forever to make! I absolutely LOVE the latest sketch at Just Add Ink and the fact that my BBB finally arrived (It took the scenic route with Australia Post) with all my new goodies inside. ' World of Dreams ' stamp set was at the top of my wish list and now I own it and it's been inked - yay!, along with the new Kraft Card Stock - yippee!  So ... before I went to work today, I had my craft 'fix' and made this card - JAI #223   The Truly Awesome Sketch! I've had this idea in my head for ages and when I saw the bright colour combo at Just Add Ink this week, I finally got around to transferring my thoughts onto paper!  One project from the very long list of 'must do's' is now done.  Sometimes I wake up at crazy times in the early hours of the morning with an idea and have to write it down just incase it 'floats' away.  Now I have Mondays off, once again, yay! ... I'm spending a bit more time seeing some of my thoughts turn into actual projects!  This is my second post for today and I have another two almost ready to go - a very productive craft day indeed.
