Still addINKtive Challenges # 2 - Sketch and Colour

s.a. # 2

It's time for another Sketch and Colour Challenge at still addINKtive.  A different 'twist' to our challenges is that you can use both parts of the challenge or you can choose either our sketch or the colour combo to get you started.  It's entirely up to you!

The sketch this week is for a square card or project featuring an image in the centre square.  I've chosen some bright summery colours, Tempting Turquoise and  Summer Starfruit to team up with one of my all time favourite colours, Chocolate Chip.

I hope you will hop on over to our challenge blog, check out the beautiful cards by the rest of the DT and be inspired to play along with us this week.

Here's the sketch and colour combo -

I made a Desk Top Calendar Box and used a step by step downloadable tutorial by Connie Babbert from Inkspired Treasures.

Here's My Project Recipe:
Stamp Sets:  Tea Shoppe, Flock Together
Card Stock:  Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise, Summer Starfruit, Chocolate Chip
Ink:  Summer Starfruit, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Scallop Square Die, Sycamore Street DSP (Sale-a-bration Sneak Peek), Two Step Bird Punch (for the leaves), Lacy Brocade and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders, Antique Brad, Dimensionals
Non-SU:  Mini Calendar

Make sure you go and check out all the other great projects from the rest of the DT -

Thanks so  much for stopping by,
