Congratulations Lisi on the launch of your new business - 'Miss Vintage'. Can't wait to see your shop when it opens in the Launceston CBD. I was impressed with the cute little invite and then to have my purchase put into a trendy little gift bag stamped with the little retro, 'Cheep Talk' birdie!! Watch out for some vintage/retro cards that Lisi will have in stock soon!

Lacy Lattice - JAI 117   Delys has an interesting colour challenge at Just Add Ink this week, one that warmed up my mojo on this cold dreary Autumn night.. This Week's Colour Combo   Inspired by the beautiful cards from the DT, I decided to join in with this very yellow challenge and created some lattice, using SU's Lace Ribbon Border Punch, to form the main feature of my card. Dynamic Duos #1

DD #1 A Card for Kathy I am super excited to share with you my first card as a DT Dynamo for the brand new challenge site, Dynamic Duos. It's the first challenge of the month so we've started the ball rolling with a bold and sassy, bright and happy duo. The colour combo is brought to us by Sharla of This Thing Called Life who won the DD Facebook Competition with her colour choice of lime and aqua.   On a more personal note, while I was making this card, I received a text from a good friend telling me she had pneumonia and asking if I'd pray for her, hence the added sentiment.  I'm trusting that Kathy will make a speedy recovery, get plenty of rest ;) and the card will help bring a smile to her face. My inspiration for this card comes from Kittie Caracciolo of Kittie Kraft. Dynamic Duos #2

For the second awesome challenge at Dynamic Duos , I have a very CAS card to share with you.  This week we have a subtle and soft colour choice.  Pool Party is back again but teamed up with So Saffron this time - gorgeous!   These colours inspired me to ink up a new stamp from Technique Tuesday and then add a bit of sunshine courtesy of a free template from Kristina Werner. However, I printed the template onto the back of the DSP.  That's why my rays of sunshine are going in the other direction which better suits the stamped image. The colours are so summery and during our Aussie Summer I actually made a card using the same combo - :) All I can say is that Lesley has good taste when it comes to choosing the Dynamic Duos.
