I've made lots of gift packs since this one. They might appear in my next post for a 'Trip Down Memory Lane'.


If you've been following my blog you'll know that I'm on a mission to post some cards that I made before I started the world of blogging. Here's number 3 in the series. These are three of the four Make 'n' Takes that we did at last year's National Convention. I never got around to doing the scrapbook page. Maybe one day!

I've been busy getting ready for a Workshop this week and organising DT submissions for Just Add Ink, so there will be some new stuff to have a peep at soon!

Scalloped Tag Easel Card with Punch Art Vintage Caravan

Just popping in for a quick post with a cute little project to say a fond farewell to SALE-A-BRATION 2014 .  We had a beautiful and varied selection of free product to choose from (as always) and I think that the top two for me were the gorgeous Sweet Sorbet DSP and Banner Punch .       My brother is really into restoring Vintage Caravans (campers) and I bought a book for him today called, VANTASTIC - Retro Caravan Holidays in the Modern World by Kate Ulman, which inspired this bit of Punch Art on my Scalloped Tag Easel Card . Somehow, I think that I will be back with some more caravan paper creations as I really enjoyed making this one.

Butterfly Easel Card

  This card uses SU's Blushing Bride card stock and ink, the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die and Antique Brads . The sentiment is from the stamp set, Butterfly Prints and I have used the textured impressions embossing folder, Finial Press in this example. If you wish to see my tutorial, it is only available as a pdf file, with the purchase of the Larger Butterfly Easel Card Tutorial. Unfortunately, a few websites have copied my entire tutorial and published it without my consent, including all the photos and instructions.  It's just as well I add a watermark to everything.  So, after two years of sharing the love,  I feel I need to remove the instructions from this post to avoid any further plagiarism.
