If you've been following along with my posts you'll know that this is another instalment from my 'Totally Tags' Demo.
I re-visited the double pocket card fold but modified it slightly to suit our Australian Metric Measurements as well as wandering slightly from the original design to create a couple of extra ideas you might like to try.
Here's a link to the first one I made using Stampin' Up! products -
Here's a link to the tutorial on You Tube -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13rwZJg_C_Q&feature=relatedIf you want to use Metric measurements, just follow the instructions on the video using an A4 size piece of patterned paper.
Here's my first example for you today. It uses the gorgeous 12x12, 6x6 patterned papers and die cuts from Kaiser Crafts Miss Match Collection.
The sentiment is from Hero Arts and Pearls from SU.
I mounted the double pocket onto the front of a Kraft card.

The second example shows you how you can make a card that opens up. All you need to do is simply miss out the second last step on the video. You don't get an alternating pattern with this slight modification but it is another alternative to consider, especially if you make the card out of card stock instead of patterned paper.
I have used 3 different patterned papers from Kaiser Crafts Hey Birdie Collection.

Lastly, this third example is made from square patterned paper (Graphic 45). Obviously you don't fold the first corner edge all the way to the score line.
This example has punched edges in matching patterned paper from the same 8x8 pad.
The tags were made from the Cuttlebug Butterfly Die.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing a few different ways to use the Double Pocket Card Fold. Thanks so much for stopping by.
