Photo Wallet and Butterfly Easel Card The Colour Combo for Just Add Ink's 57th Challenge Butterfly Easel Card I designed a butterfly easel card for my latest project at UStamp with Dawn and Friends using the Punch Bunch Stamp Set . For this challenge I popped the little butterfly from the Bliss Set , added some pearls and stamped the gorgeous flourish from the same SAB stamp set to form the background pattern for both die cut butterflies. I also sponged around the edges with River Rock Ink. PS: Thanks again to Nancy Riley for choosing this card as one of her iPicks for this week! Inside the Photo Wallet This would make a Lovely Hostess Gift (especially for a scrap-booking enthusiast) Complete with Photo Mats Instructions for the Photo Wallet can be found HERE . My Tutorial for the Butterfly Easel Card can be found HERE . Hi there and welcome to add INK tive designs. I'm first on the hop for our Friday night CASE-ing the Catty Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators who love to use the SU Catalogues for inspiration. This week we are looking at the Mother's Day section in the Occasions Catalogue - pages 36 and 37. When this post goes live, eight of the CTC Crew will be catching up at an after party on the Gold Coast , at the last Stampin' Up! ® South Pacific Convention as we know it. I'm sure I will have some pics to share in another post, so stay tuned. A Planter Box Card for Mum I really, really love my mum because this card took a whole morning to make. I combined the instructions from two demonstrators, Linda Bauwin and Rebecca Hopper , on Stampin' Connection , to make my Planter Box Card. Here's what inspired me on pages 36 and 37 of the Occasions Catty - The Colour Palette from the Pain...
I made a little 6X6 Bag ...
... from Love Letter DSP
... and my favourite Sale-a-bration set, Bliss .
(SAB Promotion has now ended)
It's just the right size for a lip balm or a little chocolate bar.
It was so easy to make and you can find the tutorial at
Stamp and Scrap with Frenchie
At Just Add Ink we've gone all 3D for our challenge this week to make a box or a bag. I first spotted this cute little bag at Splitcoaststampers made from a piece of 6X6 DSP and couldn't resist trying it out for myself.
I also had to use Bliss again as that little butterfly stamp was just the right embellishment for my 'Houndstooth' handbag. Sadly, Sale-a-bration came to an end yesterday but the good news is the brand new Australian Autumn/Winter Catalogue was released TODAY!! I've already shown you a couple of sneak peeks in previous posts but can't wait to share some more goodies with you.
